Oil pressure sending unit

I'm finishing up swapping from TBI to TPI ('88 setup)....the TPI harness has 2 plugs for the oil pressure sending unit...one on top behind the intake manifold, and one on the side of the block. Do I use both? Or which should I use? Thanks.

The only one I have hooked up is the one on top of the oil filter.

the one on the side of the block is used to cut the power off to the fuel pump in the event of lost oil pressure.
