how bad is this?

ihave a 700 r4 and today when i shifted to park on my driveway the car still rolled back and the tranny was making a clicking noise.

Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 3.42
Shouldn't be a problem. The trans have a 'racheting' mechanism inside, which made the clciking sound. As long as it still holds in Park I wouldn't be concerned.

really ,it only does it occasionally but at wot when it shifts from 1st to second the tires squeal out and the rear end fish tails to the right , could it just need a adjustment?

Maybe a long bolt under your gas pedal would help for that
fishtailing problem! Ha!
