put in 350 hydromatic trans

put in 350 hydromatic trans
i have every thing hooked up on the trans but the tv cable running to the carb is not fitting correctly, it seems to be to long. what do i need to do?????? please help thanx

Engine: 588 Alcohol BBC
Transmission: Powerglide
Axle/Gears: Ford 9"/31 spline spool/4.86
The TH350 detent cable and bracket are not the same as a 700R4's TV cable and bracket. You need to use the proper bracket with each cable.
Where does one get one of these because I will be performing this swap shortly as well and am in need of these? Thanks
