I am planning to install a mega shifter into my 88 formula 350 and need advice. i have never attempted this before and would like to know the following; 1) can i use all the existing GM levers at the tranny and cable and just install the shifter itself;2) also what type of adjustments on the cable should i focus in on if i can do theabove. All help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Yes, you can use the stock cable, I did, no adjusting needed or getting under the car. I will require some fabrication of a bracket, you'll have to cut one off and use the stock bracket. Hard to explain, but it will make sense. Never use armorol on the boot. And put some locktite on the handle.
