You guys probably get this question all the time, but I'm new to the board and can't find a reply. I have a V6 camaro with 700r4, and I shift the gears manually to get some extra speed (shifts automatically around 35-3800rpm but my peak power is at 4400). But all the guys i know who have V6 camaros have first gear locked out and cannot manually shift into. If the engine hasnt really been warmed up, i can ride up to the high 3000's but when its hot i need to shift it myself and I can't! is there a way to fix this? Thanks
