What is the optimum fluid temp for a 700R4?

I just installed a temp gauge and a B&M 24000 GVW cooler on mine, and I'm pretty sure the 150F I'm reading during normal driving is fine. I'm just wondering if there is a "too cool" and what "too hot" is.

There's no such thing as too cool of AT fluid. It may slightly affect shift characteristics, but is not bad for the tranny.
