I was wondering after feeling some really hard shifts today, what type of maintenence should I be performing on my tranny? I mean, give me a full list of the best stuff to do. I really don't know much about tranny's but, I'd sure as hell like to start. So, if you guys can list the basic, to the advanced stuff, I'd really appreciate it.

definately change the fluid and filter, to find out how to do this, search this Transmission board and also buy both haynes and chiltons repair manuals, and you should be set. those manuals really help.

Also you might want to adjust your TV cable (seach transfixleo and TV cable)
