i just put in a th 350 into my 82, took the old 200 out. everything is good...some minor stuff to get fixed, but it seems my speedo is off a bit. Not sure if it's the speedo cable not in right/completely or if it's the transmission difference. Any info on what might be wrong or what i can do to fix it?

 

Just count the teeth on the drive and driven speedometer gears of the 200, and get the same ones for a TH350 from a
Buick, Olds or Pontiac. You will also need the tail housing and an
adapter sleeve from the same tranny. The Chevy tail housing hole is too small for the later gears which have more teeth.
Check with your local tranny guru- he will know what you need.
