no one has rear rubber plug for diff!!!

no one has rear rubber plug for diff!!!

Iv gone to autozone, pepboys, and O'Reily's, and none of them have even heard of a rear differential having a rubber plug, and i need a new ONE!!!!!! why is it that these guys have no clue what im talking about?? will the dealer hopefuly have this ??

You may have a serious problem here. The only source that may have what you want is www.diffsolutions.com , but you'll have to e-mail them.

If this doesn't work out, take the measurements to a plumbing supply company/hardware store and find that old guy (that always seems to work at these places) and see what he can find for you.

is my car just special. or did most fbody's have this just no one else has really needed a replacement

It's a 9 bolt rear, not a 10 bolt.

my buddy used to work at valvoline, and he was looking at my car, and he said hey u got a dodge truck diff plug. he said the diff plug is the same for all dodge trucks from like 90 -on, as well as jeeps and stuff like that.

so u should be able to have a parts store look one up for u or go to ur local valvoline, and try to get one.
