Hey guys,

I've talked to Dana on the phone about this before but I still haven't managed to get this working right. My car shifts from 1-2 at 5500rpm just where I want it to, but from 2-3 it shifts at 4700. That's 800rpm difference. I don't think the governor could be to blame could it? There was a TransGo shift kit installed before I got the car. I checked and it seems it's all done correctly. Also I can't kick it down from 3-2 at any speed over 40mph. It should kick down from about 60 on down right?? I have 2.77 gears. My car is an '88 but it has the early '82-'87 style tranny in it

One other thing,

I'm sure the TV is adjusted properly.....it's tight, and if you let it shift up into 2 if driving like a granny then stomp it, it does shift back down into 1st like its supposed to.
