What kind of gear oil for 9 bolt?

Car: 1990 RS

Engine: LS1

Transmission: T56

Axle/Gears: 3.73 9 bolt

What kind of gear oil for 9 bolt?

I just put new 3.73 gears and posi in my rear end. My question is what weight and brand do you recommend or this rear end. I already have the GM additive. Will it hurt anything to put in synthetic since everything is brand new?

Everything I own has 75w90 synthetic oil in the diffs.
