Never knew you needed a shortened driveshaft and TQ arm before this auction. Is this true?

If you use the aftermarket T-56 then, Yes, you need to shorten them.

Axle/Gears: 3:73
If you have an automatic tranny then you need a shorter driveshaft. If you have a T-5, the shaft will work.

I found a place that sells retrofit crossmembers for the third gen.
