which tranny mount w/ t-56

i need a poly mount, but which should i get, 4th or 3rd gen? or are they the same? thanks

Car: 1982 Trans Am

Engine: LG4

Transmission: 200C

Axle/Gears: 3:73

I reccomend getting the 4th gen mount. Get the Energy Suspension Polyurethane Transmission Mount from Summit or Jegs. Get the 4th gen if you have a T-56. I'm assuming you have a 3rd gen car. It costs around 21 bucks.
