what would it take, and how much approximetly to convert my 1983 camaro z28 with a 305 engine, and 4 speed automatic, to change to the same year manual ? and with my engine capabilities which is 0, any good write ups? on how i could not mess up?

 

Maybe a trans conversion isn't a good place to start learning about cars.

Yeah, a trans conversion is a pretty big job (at least it was for me). It took me two days to convert from 700r4 to a T56. My advice to you is make sure you have someone that has done it before or has some expereince working on cars to help you.
