Car: 1988 Camaro SC
Engine: LT1 SBC
Transmission: LT1 T56
Axle/Gears: 3.73 Moser 12 Bolt
Electronic Speedo to Manual??
Ok - i've got a 1988 car that i'm putting a 1989 t-5 tranny in - the problem is that the tranny is set up for an electronic speedometer and the car has the cable and such. Is there a way to convert the transmission? (I pulled the electronic assy. out and i imagine it must be possible to just plug a mechanical one in...)

Just plug a mechanical one in. If you have the right tooth count on the output shaft drive gear, then you're in like Flynn. If you have the wrong gear on the output, pull the tailhousing & put the right one on. I am doing this right now with my car; not sure what drive gear is in there, but I'm putting the right one in.
