Obviously a tranny Q

My fluid is exactly full hot. I changed my filter. After a day at the track I noticed that periodically at cruise it feels like the car slips out of OD and then back in. The RPM's don't register the anamoly. Is this an indication of the tranny taking a chit?

i'm sure no expert but i'd suspect the converter lock up
