Reusable Trans Pan Gasket?????

Does GM or anyone make a reusable trans pan gasket for the 700r4/4l60? I know that the gasket that comes on the new 4L80Es is reusable and has the torque spacers in it and so on and was wondering if they make such a beast for the 700 trans?

Thanks

Sure you want one? It's my experience that if you get any trans fluid on the gasket mating surfaces, you'll get a leak. So it seems like the second you drop the pan (unless you have a trans drain plug), and trans fluid spills over the edge of the pan- along with the gasket- you'd wind up with a leak when you re-used the gasket.

That's why I think some guys always get trans leaks from their gaskets; they manage to get a couple drops of trans fluid on the gasket mating flange- whether from a pan flange that isn't completely dry, a case flange that isn't dry, or an unsuspecting "drip" from the valve body landing on the gasket.

Then again, I never used a re-useable gasket. I always use a Fel Pro gasket, #TOS-18663, $4 (not a cork one)... who makes the re-useable one for the 4L80's?
