What is everybody doing about the cat mounting bracket that ran from the cats to the tail of the old auto tranny. Obviously you have to make something, just trying to get ideas. Also any and all tips on installing the SGI 5 box would greatly be appreciated

When I did a full exhaust I got a universal 3" cat that did not have the brackets, so I just got it welded in. I have had no problems with it. You just have to remember to support it when you disconnect it from the headers/manifolds.
As for the SGI box the installation is pretty straight forward. I mounted mine in the console underneath where the CD player is.
