383 stroker to t-56 question for a pro

i have a 85 TA w/383 stroker which uses a bolt on weight to balance it, it bolts behind the flywheel, i just got done installing my t-56 and when the pedal is floored it vibrates and makes a low pitched squeaking, but when i let up a 1/2" it goes away compeletly, it ONLY does it in that last 1/2", could it be the weight behind the flyewheel screwing up the distance? hmmmmmmmm

that is a common problem BTW. I thought I would fix it with 4th gen pedals with my McLeod clutch and PP. But I had to make a stop and another guy had to make a stop as well.
