5-Speed Swap

Hey all u guys that swapped your 700R-4 for a T-5 can anyone give me an estimate on how much a shop would charge to swap out my Auto to a 5-speed? thanks!

Car: 4 Mopars total

Engine: Pentastar power

Transmission: T/F and New Process

Axle/Gears: Three 8 3/4's & one 9 1/4

Do it yourself. I made my 83 Trans Am a 5-speed from an auto using all the parts from a 91 Formula. It only took me a total of 4.5-5 hours working by myself. VERY EASY swap. Be aware of the fact that you will probably want to change the PROM at some point in time so it will drive like an original 5-speed car. I have yet to do that. Anyway, good luck with the swap.
