Edge Racing Converters?
I know you guys deal with a lot of 700r4 converters, I'm curious if anyone knows anything about this company - www.edgeracingconverters.com They offer a 9.5" lockup 700r4 unit for $475, seems like a nice piece. I spoke with (the owner?) a very knowledgable fellow who worked there, he didn't seem to blow any smoke and he was very willing to talk about his product. My impression was that he is an honest guy who believes in his product.
I'm curious if any of you have any experience with their products.
The application is 1976 Corvette w/ 550 hp 434 (240/248 hyd roller, AFR 210s, 10.8:1, Victor Jr), built 700r4, 4.11 gears and 27" tires (275/60/15 Radial T/As, eventually some drag radials or et streets or something on an 11" rim). The car is primarily a street car.
Any other recommendations or comments would be very welcome. Thanks!
