is it a lock-up or a non

Hi, I have an 87 firebird formula with a 700r4 and it did have a LG4, now it has a multi-port fuel injected 350. I was wondering, is my torque converter a lock up or a non lock up. I need to know, so I know which shift kit to order from art carr.
thanks

Stay away from Art Carr, unless you like problems.

whats wrong with Art Carr shift kits? The guy I talked to at a tranny place told me that art carr is the only shift kit he would install because it is the only one that he thinks is really good and wont fail in any way. What type of problems do you have with Art Carr? What kit do you think is the best?
