Where can I find some GM Motive Gears?

I already checked gearsareus.com, but they start out at 3.4X's, and I'm looking for some 3.23's to go with my SLP posi. Anybody know of any other good places?

By the way, isn't there a specific type of rear diff fluid that I have to get, so the rear doesn't whine?....something about an additive right?

Thanks,

-The Gunny
