Wont downshift or kickdown :T

Well it upsifts just fine but after that it wont downshift for nothing! =/ or kickdown when you floor it i have to shift down manually to get it to do anythign of the sort .. this has been ever since i bought the car it never worked right for me i was thinking ill just rebuild the tranny but if i where to go trough that trouble id just swap in a manual.. the kickdown cable looks good 2 .. anyone have any ideas of what i could try or what it could be?

I had the same problem untill I tightened the kikdown cable. you must make sure it is tight. Even if you must put a srew in to hold it.

Find the transfixleo method (board archives) of adjusting the TV cable, this should solve it.

Im allmost cirtin its not the kickdown cable i adjusted it and checked it .. another reason is that it dosent only not kick down it doesnt really downshift unless your allmost going to stop and even then its a maby thing.. could it be that i just need a new valve body? or some sticking valves?
