How much does a T56 way compared to my stock 700R4? Thanks.

T-56 weighs in right around 150# I've never weighed a 700R4.

Ok thanks. I'd like to swap my 700R4 for a T56, and was just curious as to how much the weight difference was.

almost identical

once you talk torque converter and everything the auto might endup 20lbs heavier max.. no more in my opinion.
