Which size gear housing ? 7.75 or 7.62?...
I'm changing my leaking pinon (sp?) seal and have been told there was two different size rear ends used for 91 - so there are two different seals.
i've got the 3.42 (GU6) with the locking diff (G80) Are the locking diff's all the larger 7.75 for 91? What's the easiest way to check? Will the RPO info on the inside of the console tell me?

Count the bolts on the cover. 10 bolts is a 7.625, 9 bolts is a 7.75--both could have posi. However, 3.42's are a 10 bolt gear ratio--7.625 is the one you want.
