I'm really sorry that this isnt tech and all but I really need some help. I won a item from ebaymotors from SPEED AUTOMOTIVE on November 11, 2002. I paid them the day after I had won the bid. The price of $1525 for the T56, pedals, clutch, flywheel, etc. Pretty much everything needed to convert except for the crossmember. Anyways I had to wait over a month till the company finally informed me about a shipping company they were gonna go through. So on December 12, 2002 I was told that the shipping company was gonna come on friday December 14, 2002. To pick up the trans from them. Truck it over to California (should only be a week right?) then from Cali they would fly it over to Hawaii (should be no more then 2-3 days) well I've always given them the benifit of the doubt. But now its January 6, 2003! And I still have no transmission. Its almost been a month since they have supposibly sent out my trans. Everytime I call them their number seems to be busy. I call both their toll free and their local one. And I can never seem to get through. Does anyone know what type of action I can take and what I should do to get my money back from them? PLEASE HELP! Thank you all in advance.
