Anything I should know about this diff? Also, I know you need to convert to 28 spline axles, are there any other mods necessary? If I do buy this posi, I am going to go through the entire rear end, anyway.

Axle/Gears: 3.73
When you order your gears, they need to be 3 series to work with your slp posi unit.
By the way, I have one waiting to get installed when my gears arrive. I know they don't have any clutches, just gears, so I am assuming it doesn't need the GM rear end additive. Anyone know for sure?

I don't think you'll be able to keep your 3.08s. I believe they are for two series carriers.
