Rearend Questions
I have the stock 92 Camaro Rearend with 2.73 gears according to what I have been told. Now, is this a 9 or 10 bolt rearend? Also, what do I need to get and where to get it to convert this rearend to a posi with 3.42 gears? Thanks !!

you have a 10 bolt rear end. I have recently installed an SLP take off posi unit ($99) and Richmond 3.73 gears ($185, got mine for $155 shipped from classifieds) into my 90 RS and took over a half second off my quarter mile. Youll also need an installation kit, i used Ratech's Deluxe Kit ($120), got for $100 on ebay.
