`hey guys sorry to bother you but i was doing a clutch in my 88 iroc and my ratchet slipped and my hand went through a snesor or sending unit of some sort in my t-5 and i dont know what it is called. if anyone can help i'd appreciate it bw its the only connector that goes to the transmission

 

i was thinking maybe reverse lockout but i'm not sure

 

it sounds to me like you broke the reverse light/backup switch, they are only a few bucks at your local auto parts store. no big deal.
