T-56 Fitting My CAR!?
i want to get a t56 in advance for my 383 stroker but would like it on my car now. will it directly botlt up to my 1991 z with the t5 already in it or will i need to change some stuff. also will i need a different driveshaft maybe. like a shorter one?

thy also sell the Aftermarket T56 that is a direct replacement for the T5. either way you go ur driveshaft will need to be shortened 2 inches.

if you get a t56 out of an early 4th gen f body, you dont need to shorten the drive shaft. you could also do what i did and use the 4th gen's drive shaft with the 4th gen T56 .
