will a th350 tailshaft housing bolt on a 700r4?
i have a 4x4 s10 blazer with a 305/th350 swapped in. the trans has a custom tailshaft housing so that it can bolt to the transfer case. i want to swap to a 700r4 and want to know if the custom housing will bolt onto the 700r4 (assuming both trannies are the same length, haven't checked yet.)
oh, also, the 700r4 i have is from a '91 z28, would it have the same splines as a th350?

hmm, ok thanks. in that case, can i pull a tailshaft housing off of a junkyard 60° 700r4 and put it on my trans? it would have to be from a 60° 700r4 because the 90° 700r4's used a different transfer case than what i have.
