Im putting a 455 into my 68 bird im going to reuse the old flywheel since it is in good shape how do i get the bolts off the torque converter or is there a way i can spinn it so i can get it to the bottom? There is barely any room to work with. Then when i go to install the engine and tranny how would i go about putting the new torque converter and fly wheel on and is there any tips to putting the torque converter into the tranny? It is a rebuilt TH400 with extra clutches and a trans go comp shiftkit any thing i need to do to prep this before i drive it?

 

use a crank socket on the crank or a fly wheel/flex plate turner, or even bmp it over with the starter

 

The problem is the old enigne is sized it threw both front connecting rods.
