Netgearhead trannies

I have the original 700r4 in my '88 GTA. Its in fine working order now (no slipping, fluid is nice and red, etc etc), but I've begun building a new 383 for the car. The way it is now, the tranny won't be in "fine working order" for long behind that motor. I've been shopping around for performance 700r4s, even thought about converting over to a 2004r. Anyway, the only company I've seen that seems to make a decent one is pro-built, but they're kinda pricey and I'd rather have my stocker rebuilt than get a whole new unit. Anyway, there's this company netgearhead.com that has rebuilt units and provides rebuilding services for pretty cheap. They quoted me $650 for a basic rebuild of my stock unit, and about $500 extra for a "Stage III" build up that's supposedly good to 600 hp/600 ft-lbs with a 1 year warranty. In the quote I got from them, this is what is included in the rebuild:

Our most powerful package. Includes full high-performance rebuild. Built for extreme street & strip applications. VERY positive shifts. For use with modified applications only.
TransGo High-Performance Reprogramming Shift Kit
.500 TV Boost Valve
13 Vane Pump Upgrade
Superior/Fairbanks Billet Servo
High-Output Pump Slide Spring
Kevlar Wide Performance Band
Extreme Sunshell
Performance 1-2 Accumulator Spring
Blue Plate Clutches
Kolene Steels
28 Element Sprag
3-4 High-Performance Clutch Pack
Hayden Transmission Cooler
Chrome Pan w/ Drain Plug

What do you guys think, and has anyone heard anything good or bad about this company.

TransGo High-Performance Reprogramming Shift Kit, Yes
.500 TV Boost Valve, Yes
13 Vane Pump Upgrade, No, flows less oil.
Superior/Fairbanks Billet Servo, No, overkill
High-Output Pump Slide Spring, Yes, as long as its Trans-Go
Kevlar Wide Performance Band, No, use Borg Warner Hi-Energy band. It has a better quality shift, and will last longer.
Extreme Sunshell, Yes
Performance 1-2 Accumulator Spring, No, use the Trans-Go accumulation setup if you want nice part throttle shifts and firm WOT shifts.
Blue Plate Clutches & 3-4 High-Performance Clutch Pack, No, use the Borg Warner Hi-Energy 3-4 clutches, the Blue Plate Specials are very good for "strip only", the BW Hi-E's are the best for street/strip, anywhere else the stock BW clutches work fine.
Kolene Steels, Yes, for the 3-4 clutch setup.
28 Element Sprag, Yes
Hayden Transmission Cooler, Yes
Chrome Pan w/ Drain Plug, No, chrome holds in heat.

i just got a netgearhead tranny.... it seems to work ok but i would have rather spent my money on a probuilt. I have not been impressed with netgearheads customer service. they seem to ignore their customers after the have the $$. plus i was told they would pay me 150 for my old tranny (i bought a already built unit from them) a month went buy a nothing ever happened. they then turn around and say they usually dont do core charges but the'll make an exception and go ahead and give me 50 bucks. I was flat out lied too as greg told me from the very begining 150 is what they pay for your core. I haven't even seen the 50 bucks yet. And forget about them returning phone calls.
