New Clutch...Now hard to get into gear

I just got a new clutch put in due to tranny fluid leaking from the input shaft. Before getting the clutch, it was sometimes hard to get the car to go into gear. Now after the new clutch, it only disengages when pushed almost all the way to the floor and now it's really giving me problems getting into gear...especially when accelerating hard and trying to shift into the next gear...I have to slow down just to get it to shift. What could my problem be now?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Sounds like either you didn't adjust the clutch after you installed the new one and it is not engaging 100% or maybe it could a throughout bearing.

The clutch isn't adjustable. It was done by a Clutch shop and they replaced the throwout and pilot as well.

This is just a guess but maybe have the hydraulics bled to see if that is the problem. After bleeding it see if there is enough movement in the actuator(or whatever its called).
