Rebuilt Tranny Problem - Clicking in Manual First

I just finished installing my (auto) tranny that I rebuilt from my 91 Z28. After having one thing go wrong after another, I finally got to the big moment of testing. I haven't drove the car yet, but with the wheels moving and the car on jackstands, manual first has a clicking noise to it, as if you were driving and just put the car in park and there is that racheting noise. It increases as the wheel speed increases. Everything else *appears* to be working fine.
So what did I screw up?
I was thinking that it would have to be involving the lo-rev. clutch since I think that is the only thing different in M1 then 2, D or OD.

Thanks

Justin
