Well its come to this i want to rebuild my tranny but ive never done it before and i wanted to find out how hard it woudl be to do it myself if i bought the kit, im runnin the stock 5speed manual tranny, and the only reason i want to rebuild is for the arazona trip that i plan to go to, that and im missing 5th gear and i kinda want to see if i can get it back before the trip (need the improved gas milage) i know it would be cheeper but how hard and how long would it take a guy like me to do? Oh and i have some price quotes from a few places but i want ur guys oppinions how much am i looking at for a profecional rebuild?

 

dont know how much and dont know how but if you wanna tackle it get yourself a poloroid camera and take lots of pictures to use as a reference on putting it back together
