What tranny should i get?
I am in the process of upgrading my small block 400 to run around 525hp and around 550tq. I hav a TH 400 tranny and i want to upgrade it to a bad *** manual transmission. Any suggestions? Thanks

"Upgrade"?
I'd go along with "convertion", but not sure how you'd classify the change from a TH400 to any manual as an "upgrade". Certainly not from a strength (potential, at least) or drivetrain longevity standpoint, anyway.
Now, I like rowing through the gears as much as anyone, but...
