i did the swap last summer, and it all works as far as the car moving. i left the stock 350 auto chip in. should i change it to something else? is there a setting for auto or manual in there? im not sure but it might idle a little funny since then, any ideas why?

what wires in the auto gear selector switch do what? id like to hook up my neutral safety and the reverse lights. that accounts for 4 wires (2 biggest i think are neutral) what two are the reverse and what are the other two wires on that connector? basically, i want the whole thing to be as if it came from the factory with this.
