speedometer cable

speedometer cable
on my th200c tranny the speedo cable that goes from the speedo to the circle thing that hooks tranny is fine.....but the small piece that goes from the tranny to the circle thing is twisted and it broke.....is this a special speedomter cable piece or not,...i havent done speedometer cable stuff before so i dont know about ends and stuff on it....so do i need a universal cable or a special one

I bought a complete speedometer cable & transducer setup off a 1983 trans am that I was going to put in my 82 however I just purchased a complete 87 TPI so switching to a electronic speedometer now, make offer on the stuff

your car should have a two piece speedometer cable setup, one goes from the transmission to the transducer and the other goes from the transducer to the speedometer itself

do they sell the piece that goes from the transducer to the tranny...the cable or whatever....what i have now there is a rubber tube with screw on ends kinda like a garden hose but it is empty
