Stronger transmissions?

What would you guys concider to be a good tranny for a 500+hp Supercharged 383 setup?

I am looking for an A4.

Transmission: 700R4/4L60 same trans different name

2004R is decent when its built

4L80E is about as good as they get

Engine: 383 Miniram AFR195

Transmission: Tremec TKO

Axle/Gears: BW 9 Bolt/3.70

Another way to go is a TH400 with a gear vendors overdrive unit. They seem to be getting pretty popular. Will require a diff driveshaft but should be one stout unit.
