I am puting a t-5 out of a 85 Camaro in a 91 Firebird. The camaro was cable driven and the Firebird was VSS. Now I went to the chevy dealership and they have 4 diffrent vss's for the t-5 in there computer but they don't know what one I need the part numbers are......

The firebird has 2.73 rear gears 245-50-16 tires. The t-5 has the Purple (7 tooth) drive gear. I don't want to tear the tranny apart so I came up with using the Purple (7 tooth) drive and Brown (18 tooth) driven gear.....Is ther a diffrent driven gear that would get me closer?

Also I could use the part numbers if anybody has them for the VSS and the gears that I would need. The firebird is TBI if that matters. The dealership is lost without part numbers...lol

somebody has to know the part number for a 91 firebird VSS for a t-5????...........And I could use part numbers for the driven gears for the VSS/t-5 too.........Please.......
