2.73's to 3.23's

I have a junked 90 camaro rs with 3.23's in it, and my 86 trans am has 2.73's in it, and I was wondering if it is worth it to put the 3.23's in my trans am....will i see much of a diference?

Thanks

You should definitely feel a difference. I'm not sure what kind of a difference you are looking for. At the track it should help a little also.

the 700r4 with 3.23 rear ratio seems to be a nice overall gearing for city driving as well as highway.

i just want some more low end grunt so i am maybe switching over to 3.42's

2.73 - 3.08 made me notice practically no difference, so I imagine 2.73 - 3.23 wouldn't be too much of a difference (0.2 - 0.3 in the quarter)

i had 3:23s in my car until today when i fugged it up...but there is definitely a difference in 2:73s and 3:23's... my dads t/a has the 2:73's and there is a noticeable difference in the low end
