torque converter lockup harmful?
with the torque converter lockup switch described in the technical articles, is harmful to your transmission at all to drive with the torque converter locked up?

You should have the torque converter locked in 4th gear for shure do to the gearing in OD. I would think it would be hard on you engine to lock it in lower gears do to the lugging (Load at low RPM's) I have mine lock in 4th (OD) only.

Less heat will be produced in your transmission with the converter locked into a 1:1 ratio.. Less heat is always good for your transmission, so yes, lockup is good!
