Eaton Posi or Powertrax Locker ???
OK folks...
Im about to install a set of Global West lower trailing arms that I got from a buddy REAL CHEAP. Thats way off topic but...
Of course my 91 RS doesnt have posi. Of course I want to install one. What do you guys recommend? Eaton or Powertrax? Im kinda leaning towards the Powertrax unit. I dont feel like resetting the gears...
Anyone know what spline count these cars came with? Or maybe someone has an RPO code list so I can possibly find out?

You should have 28 spline...I beleave they went from 26 to 28 in 90. Power Trax would be a good pick for the Money and the easy setup. I just got a Zexel-Torsen takeoff from slp for $100 that is a better deal yet. Worth setting up the rear for the price diffence going with the Zexel-Torsen ...just my .02 worth....

Hey 82camaro, is the powertrax unit loud when cornering? Is it as loud as a Detroit Locker or have you heard one to compare it to?
