Which Boost Valve?

I am getting a used 700R4 that is in good condition. I will be ordering the TransGo kit, not the $150 from Pro Built but the cheaper one.
I already have a Vette servo.
Now my question is, should I with the .461 in the kit, or should I have a .500 boost valve installed that I have?

I'm looking for some nice firm shifts, not necessarily breaking the tires loose though.
I heard the .500 for some setups my be too much on the tranny.

Thanks

I'm not an expert, but the .500 seems to be the most popular choice to use. I haven't heard many complaints either.
