Ok I push the clutch in and I put it in reverse, let go of the clutch and the damn thing just pops out of gear and makes grinding noises or just makes the grinding sound.

What do you think it is? I have the rear cover off and the shift fork and pads look good (not bent) and the gear and synchro don't look to beat up, what else should I be looking at?

In my area the tranny shops have no clue on how to rebuild a t-56 tranny so I have to do it on my own. I've downloaded the t-56 service manual online so I have that to go by, what other books or videos should I get? I read that the 94 helm manual has a good section on the t-56 and also tremec has a fix it guide.
