i know this may be a dumb question but is there any part of the engine, tranny, driveshaft, or anythin that could fall off that would cause the tranny to slip, or grind. My problem is, when im in fisrts and rev up high and relesase the clutch the tranny grinds, also when im already in gear i will give it gas and i will feel a vibration and the RPMs will shoot up and it will take a while for the car to start gaining speed. My tranny also grinds when i put in into reverse when the cars running and theres a whining sound coming out of the tranny when i drive. The reason i asked if anything could fall off is because i was going down the highway and i heard somethin fall and bounce along the floorboards, i dont know if it was something breaking or me just leaving a tool under the hood, like i always do. After this the tranny probs started except for the whining and grinding reverse, which have been going on since i got the car. Another thing, should i have this tranny rebuilt or get a stronger one becuase im planning on swaping out my 305 for a modded 350. thanks alot.
