hey guys, I'm getting my TH-350 rebuilt. the shop owner is a long time race tranny builder and is going to beef-up my tranny, he is going to machine the clutch drums for more disk capacity and do some other high end tricks while in the process, he is using high performance clutches and plates and installing a manual valve body also.

he called today and found that there were some sprags bad and a few other things which he kind of expected, do you think $600.00 is a good price for doing everything, the only thing I supplied is the tranny.

 

As long as the transmission does, what it is "claimed" it will do, by the builder, then I would have no problem.
