Right now my setup is a 1988 GTA 350 A4 pretty much stock except for headers and exhaust. I'm puttin in a 3000 stall, a 150 shot NX kit and had some questions about the gears i was looking at. I have the 9 bolt with 2.77's and am upgrading to the 3 series carrier and was wondering how everyone thought 4.10's would do with Hoosier 28x9 R15 slicks at the track. I really can't see myself running better then a mid 12 with this setup and the calculations I got were that i would trap at 5400 rpm which would be out of the power band but would be better for later on down the road. Drive on the streets or highway won't be a factor. Also would 29x9 R15 work better and also would they fit with modding the wheel well. Thanks for all you reply.
